As D has alluded to, there is actually a lot to do day before & day after a DH race. We are getting plenty of help on the day, but could use a bit more help before/after on the Saturday/Monday. Specifically - picking up & dropping back hire vehicles/trailers/dunny/etc & doing a rubbish run on Monday.

Not many calls people we need volunteers marshalls and drivers. We had an awesome showing last race was hoping it was the start of something, the more we have the more we share the workload.

Rego closes Thursday at Midnight so don't miss out

TAPE UP THE TRACK SATURDAY
SET UP .. 7AM START ON RACE DAY TENTS, BANNERS, PA SYSTEM
TAPE OFF AREAS AND CONTROL PARKING FROM 8AM - 11AM
MARSHALS 8AM-11.30AM & 12.45 - 3.30PM
DRIVERS PM SHIFT 12-3.30PM
CLEAN UP GROUNDS 7 PACK UP TENTS
RETURN PORTA LOO MONDAY
RETURN HIRE TRAILERS MONDAY BEFORE 8.30AM

Thanks for the phone calls and the emails..... we are getting there!

Still need your help to Marshal am & pm, Early am set up, people to help tape up track on Saturday at midday & return a porta loo on Monday by 10am.
